How does the signing workflow work?
Prepare a PDF, place the signature and other fields, assign recipients, and review the request before sending. Recipients follow a personal signing link to complete their fields.
How should I prepare a PDF?
Use a standard, unencrypted PDF. Flatten interactive form fields before importing. Keep files within 10 MB and 60 pages for the document-processing workflow.
What are reusable templates?
Templates save field positions and recipient roles for repeat paperwork, helping you avoid starting from scratch.
